Formax is a UAE fitness coaching company founded by Coach Mohamed, a UAE accredited fitness coach with more than 10 years of experience. We help busy people lose fat, build muscle and feel healthier with science-based training and simple nutrition that fits their life.

Services
Personal training
1:1 sessions in Abu Dhabi. Packages of 16 or 24 sessions, single sessions and a 99 AED trial.
Online coaching
1, 3 or 6 months through the Formax app with weekly check-ins.
Couples & families
Train together with 15% (couple) or 20% (family of 3+) off each person.
Flexible payment
Card, Apple Pay, or 4 interest-free payments with Tabby or Tamara.
Workshops & team training
We work with companies to build fitter, healthier and more energetic teams. Book a one-off workshop, or collaborate with us to coach every employee in your company.
