1. Who we are

2. Our services

In-person 1-to-1 personal training at the client's home in Abu Dhabi, and online coaching through the Formax app with weekly check-ins.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in AED. Packages are paid in full at checkout by card or Apple Pay, or in installments through Tabby or Tamara. Installment plans follow Tabby's or Tamara's own terms.

4. Booking

After payment, the coach contacts you within 24 hours to arrange your sessions. Sessions run daily from 10:00 to 22:00, subject to availability.

5. Validity

16-session package: 2 months from the first session. 24-session package: 3 months from the first session. Online plans: 1, 3 or 6 months as purchased. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.

6. Health and safety

You must be 18 or older and fit to exercise. Tell the coach about any injury or medical condition before you start. We recommend you check with a doctor first. You train at your own risk.

7. Results

Results depend on each person. The transformations on our website are real client results, but no specific result is guaranteed.

8. Our content

Programmes, plans and materials are for your personal use only. Do not share, resell or publish them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the website when you buy applies to that purchase.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the UAE.
